Pam Overstreet, Sales Manager
ON THE JOB: I enjoy taking time to chat with potential customers about what makes us unique. DMI is a family-owned business and so each employee is treated like part of the family. If you have an idea that could benefit the company, you can take it straight to the owners.
Brian Smith, VP Operations NC, Southwestern VA
ON THE JOB: My day-to-day consists of executing x-rays, sales and marketing, managing equipment, working with the tech team and providing support to clients. My favorite part of the job is the opportunity to make a difference in the life of patients. I enjoy engaging the patients in a good conversation and learning something from those who are “older and wiser”. My focus has always been to provide fast, reliable and friendly service.
Sue Bartholomew, Account Manager
ON THE JOB: I work to build relationships with current and prospective customers to promote the benefits of DMI services to help customers meet their goals in providing high quality health care. As their liaison, I make sure we meet our customers’ current and future needs across all markets: long-term care, correctional, home health, etc. My entire career has been in healthcare, including physician practice management, pharmaceuticals and eight years in the long-term care market. My focus and strength continues to be providing superior customer service.
Elizabeth Poplin, Account Manager
ON THE JOB: My role at DMI is account manager and I am also a radiologic technologist. I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships within the healthcare industry. Here at DMI we are more of a family and that is how I treat my clients and potential clients.
Roger Gore, Account Manager
ON THE JOB: My specialty is customer service to make everyone more productive. I have over 10 years of experience marketing and managing senior living communities. I am a licensed Assisted Living Administrator, realtor, entrepreneur and was recently one of two Sales Directors of the Year for a large senior living provider. Michael “Rad Mike” Joyner, Account Manager
ON THE JOB: I am a registered technologist that also works with the sales team. Working in the field with patients and staff members has always been a passion of mine. Delivering ultimate patient care and excellent customer service is a top priority.
Tim Forehand, Senior Vice President of Operations
ON THE JOB: I have 20 years of x-ray experience with 18 of them in the mobile industry. At DMI, I handle day-to-day operations, which includes staff and equipment. I like working for DMI because it’s a growing company that’s stays up-to-date with new technology. It also has a compassionate, family-oriented environment.
Jennifer Butz, VP of Operations
ON THE JOB: With a B.A. from Virginia Tech, my experience includes over 30 years of diverse leadership in operations, management, marketing and sales. Having worked within multiple industries, both for profit and not-for-profit, as well as within a variety of aspects of healthcare, including both acute care, long-term care and correctional healthcare, my diverse experience stems throughout the continuum of care. For more than ten years I worked for a national long-term care (skilled nursing) provider. This experience provides me with an in-depth understanding of the long-term care industry and has been instrumental to my success in working in the private sector for a variety of diverse ancillary service companies. I have particular expertise in operations, strategic planning, critical thinking, business growth & development, P&L Management and EMR integrations. In my role to oversee the operations in MD, DE, D.C., and Northern VA (with continuing expansion), I have the pleasure of interfacing with healthcare industry professionals daily to ensure DMI’s overall quality of services has a positive impact on people’s lives.
Mark Babcock, Executive VP
ON THE JOB: I spend the majority of my time reviewing our company’s key processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. My intent is to implement solutions to these opportunities with a bias on improving the quality experience with patients.

ON THE JOB: I am one of the co-founders of Dynamic Mobile Imaging. I am proud that our business helps those in need while providing employment opportunities to great people in healthcare. As we continue to grow, we continue to pay attention to quality and make sure its a #1 priority.
Dean Berger, COO
ON THE JOB: My family and I started this business with one van in Richmond, VA and now have the privilege of serving several states. We provide a very needed service to residents in nursing facilities, correctional facilities and more. One of my favorite parts of the job is meeting new people and finding ways to help them improve service to their residents.
Clara Burrow, Chief Quality Officer
ON THE JOB: As Chief Quality Officer, my job is to make sure we are providing the highest level of service possible to our external clients as well as our staff. We take safety seriously and aim to make sure all protocol is followed. We are constantly administering internal checks to make sure we are operating at the best. One of my most proud achievements is becoming Joint Commission accredited by demonstrating our high level of quality.
Theresa, VP Administration
ON THE JOB: I manage the billing department of DMI. It’s very important to make sure we accurately bill insurances by using the correct CPT and ICD 10 codes. I work with a great team of experts that make sure every detail is covered so we can make it easy for the facilities and patients we support.
